Give every customer of your product its own AI model

Your customers already have the answers: years of tickets routed to the right team, invoices coded to the right account, files given the right access, photos marked as damaged or not. StayCharted turns those past decisions into a model for that customer alone, tests it on examples it never saw, and answers new ones with a category and how sure it is. Unsure answers go to a person in that customer's Review Queue, and confirmed answers can become training examples for the next version.

What it never does: decide on its own. It suggests; your product, or a person in it, acts.

A general AI knows the world. It doesn't know your customer: its team names, its GL accounts, its document classes, or the hundred small rules its people apply without writing them down. StayCharted learns those from the customer's own past decisions, so that business's knowledge becomes a model that works the way the business does.

• The customer's own categories. The model answers with the customer's exact labels, learned from its examples. There's no prompt to write, and none to keep up to date.
• Measured before it answers anything. Every model is tested on the customer's examples it never saw, category by category, so the customer can see its test accuracy before it goes live.
• Improve through review. Unsure answers go to a person in the customer's Review Queue. Confirmed answers can become examples for retraining. Compare the next version on held-out examples to check whether it improves.
• The knowledge stays the customer's. Its examples train only its own models and never go to an outside AI provider. The model belongs to the customer.

Measured, not claimed:

On banking messages, StayCharted's Dedicated AI Model trained on about 10,000 labeled examples made 6.3 mistakes in 100, against 15.3 for a leading general AI. On contract clauses, 15.1 against 23.1. Where a task follows general knowledge rather than a company's own rules, as with medical abstracts, the general AI scored 65.7% and StayCharted’s Dedicated AI Model scored 63.6%. What it means for your product: a competitor can plug in the same general AI you can. It can't copy a model built from each of your customers' own work inside your product.

1. Your product adds a customer with one call. Your card on file pays for it first; then StayCharted creates the customer's own account and workspace on the plan you chose.
2. Your product sends the customer's examples: rows from your own database, a CSV or spreadsheet, or a ZIP of photos. StayCharted checks them (duplicates, tiny categories, sensitive data) and reports what it found.
3. Your product starts training. StayCharted holds back examples to test on, trains the model, and reports how often it was right, category by category.
4. Your product publishes the model when the report looks right, then asks it about each new record as it arrives, one at a time or as a batch.
5. Unsure answers go to the customer's Review Queue. Your product can show the queue to a supervisor and send back their answers; a retrain then learns from them.

Your customers' people never have to open StayCharted. Everything is done by your product through the Partner API, and recorded in that customer's Activity as done by your product.

Every model is tested on the customer's own held-out examples before it answers anything. Train two kinds on the same data and compare.

One partner account can have customers of both kinds.

• You pay first. Adding a customer, a workspace or an upgrade charges your card on file at once, for the rest of the month. A declined card creates nothing.
• One bill. Every customer is a line on one monthly partner subscription, at list price less your partner discount.
• Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the month you paid for.
• You set your own price and bill your customers your own way. StayCharted never bills your customers while you manage them.
• Each customer keeps its own plan limits, exactly as a direct customer has: one customer can't use up another's.

List prices are on the pricing page. Your discount is in your agreement.

• Hand over: the customer goes direct with StayCharted. Your key stops reaching the account; the customer's contact gets a link to sign in, and finds everything: models, data, Review Queue and history. The plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then the customer pays StayCharted itself.
• Cancel: the customer's workspaces run to the end of the paid month. For 30 days after that, your key can still download the customer's data export; then the account is closed and its data deleted.

Either way the customer's models are the customer's, not yours or ours.

• One account per customer, each with its own database schema. Customer data is separated by account.
• Your key reaches only your customers. Anything else answers "not found", so a key can't even learn what exists. A key can't make keys or change your own account.
• Keys are shown once, to your account Owner, through a one-time link; StayCharted staff never see them. Up to two at a time for rotation, each optionally limited to your servers' IP addresses, revoked at once from your Partner page.
• Every action is recorded in the customer's Activity as done through your product, and every prediction records where it came from.
• No customer data goes to an outside AI provider. A customer's examples train only that customer's models.
• Encrypted in the database and file storage, HTTPS everywhere, and the API reviewed against the OWASP API Security Top 10.
• StayCharted is a subprocessor under your customer agreements. Our Data Processing Addendum and Security page have the details.

This is a summary. The agreement itself is what applies.

• The API license: use the Partner API to build and run your integration, for your customers' accounts.
• Your key: kept in a secrets manager on your servers, never in an app or a browser. Revoke and replace it at once if it's ever exposed.
• Before launch: you show us the integration and tell us what data it sends. We may ask for security fixes before it goes live.
• API changes: 60 days' notice before a breaking change to anything documented. Additive changes can come at any time.
• Models belong to your customers, not to you or to us.
• Attribution: "Powered by StayCharted AI Model Trainer" in your documentation and customer terms. No renaming or white label without our written agreement.
• Fair use: no using the service to build a competing product, extract its models, or publish benchmarks without our consent.
• Ending it: you can end the agreement on 30 days' notice, we on 90. Your existing customers keep working until they cancel or move to direct billing.

1. Tell us about your product: what it does, who uses it, and the decision you'd like it to suggest. Use the partner request form below.
2. Sign the Solution Partner Agreement. We send it for signature, with your discount.
3. Create your partner account at amt.staycharted.com with your company email. We turn it into a partner account.
4. Add your card on the Partner page (All workspaces → Partner).
5. Receive your key. Your account Owner gets a one-time link and sees the key once.
6. Build against the API with the reference, then show us the integration before you launch.
