Free includes 3 models in total, one of which can be an AI Classifier Model. Its 50 monthly trainings are shared between Classifier Models and AI Classifier Models. Classifier Models that use words only are available on every plan, including Essentials and Business.
Rows filled each month are one shared budget for spreadsheet fills and API calls. Downloads are included on every plan; API access starts with Essentials.
Vision’s separate picture allowance covers training images, images in files you fill, and images sent through the API. Only pictures successfully read count; dead links and invalid files are reported without using that allowance.

Confidence scores help identify uncertain predictions for review. Confident predictions can still be wrong, so evaluate both accuracy and errors that remain outside the review queue.

On the public BANKING77 benchmark, these review shares corresponded to approximately 98% projected accuracy, assuming every flagged error was corrected and no new errors were introduced. Human-review outcomes were not measured. The Classifier figure uses the word-based logistic-regression approach; another word-based method required 44.4% review.
One run per approach; cutoffs were selected after examining the test results. Classifier and AI Classifier approaches were tested with benchmark scripts, while the Dedicated AI Model was measured through StayCharted AMT. This English, short-text benchmark does not establish performance on other languages or long documents. Your results depend on your data.

Your account holds your payment method, team members, and the audit log together. Each paid workspace is billed and invoiced separately. Nothing at this level is metered.
Start with one Free workspace per account. Upgrade that workspace or add more workspaces. Each workspace has its own plan, models, files, and limits; each paid workspace has its own subscription, renewal date, invoice, and charge. Add-ons such as Vision are billed with their workspace.
Invite unlimited team members with Builder, Reviewer, and Viewer roles. There are no per-seat or per-model charges; model counts are covered by your workspace allowance.
For example: three teams on Essentials = three workspaces × $99 = $297/month in total before applicable taxes, billed as three separate workspace subscriptions.
The work stops and you're offered an upgrade. There are no overage charges and no surprise invoices — you can't spend money you didn't choose to spend. An upgrade takes effect immediately.
Any time, up or down. Downgrading keeps your work: models above the new plan's limits are switched off, not deleted. You can switch them back on when you move up again.

A Classifier Model works in any language written with spaces between words. AI Classifier Models cover many languages. A Dedicated AI Model learns from the language in your examples. Evaluate it on representative text; the published benchmark covers English only.
On every plan, StayCharted AMT checks text examples for email addresses, phone and payment card numbers, IBANs, US Social Security numbers, IP addresses, passwords, API keys, and credentials in links. Choose to mask detected values, exclude affected rows, or keep them; your choice is recorded. Models trained on masked text apply the same masking before reading new text in files, the app, or API calls. Your original file text is preserved. This check detects recognizable patterns, not all personal information: names, street addresses, and free-text medical details are not detected yet. Remove those yourself before training.
Before you publish a model, it is tested on examples from your file that it never trained on, and shows you its accuracy, where it goes wrong, and which categories it confuses.
On Essentials or Business, open Plan in StayCharted AMT and choose Add Vision to my plan under Add-ons. Vision costs an additional $99/month per workspace on Essentials or $199/month on Business. Charges are prorated from the day you add it. You can remove it any time. Moving between Essentials and Business keeps Vision at the new plan’s price, with prorated billing.
JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP and TIFF, at least 32 pixels on the shorter side and up to 10 MB per picture. ZIP uploads can be up to 50 MB on Essentials and 100 MB on Business. Links must use HTTPS and be publicly accessible. Google Drive and Dropbox share links work when shared with anyone who has the link.
It recognises what a picture shows, not the words written in it. For sorting documents by what they say, use a text model on the extracted text.

That the AI itself is trained for you. Every model you build is yours alone — a Classifier Model and an AI Classifier Model learn your categories from your examples and are used only by your workspace. An AI Classifier Model reads meaning with a ready-made AI that everyone shares and that never learns from anyone's data. A Dedicated AI Model goes further: the AI itself is trained on your examples—text, or pictures on Business with Vision, so the AI is yours too. It runs on our shared GPU servers, which is what keeps it affordable — "dedicated" describes the AI, not the hardware.
